Delete your account
You can delete your Booted account at any time, straight from the app.
In the app
- Open SettingsSign in to Booted and go to Settings.
- Choose Your dataThis is where export, erasure and deletion live.
- Tap Delete accountConfirm, and your sign-in and everything tied to it is removed.
Want a copy first? On the same page, choose Request export to download everything Booted holds about you and your children.
Erasing a child’s record
Your child’s record belongs to their club, so deleting your account doesn’t remove it on its own. To have it erased, choose Erase next to your child on the same Your data page, and the club will see your request. Their name, contacts, notes and ratings are erased; their minutes and goals stay in the team’s totals without a name.
Do this before you delete your account if you want both gone.
Can’t get into the app?
Email privacy@bootedsports.com from the address you signed up with. We’ll confirm it’s you, then delete your account and tell you when it’s done, within one month at most.
Some records are kept for a short time afterwards where the law requires it. Theprivacy notice explains how long, and why.
